Discussion forums are already available at my institution; do I still need the Cultura Exchange Tool?

Yes, because you need more than discussion forums. The Cultura Exchange Tool enables you to create the questionnaires, and collect and release the answers. Once you release the answers, the Tool automatically creates corresponding forums for each of  your questions. It also automatically creates links between  answers pages and forums pages, so that your students can easily move from one to the other.
