Do I need to create my own web site to run a Cultura exchange?

The Cultura Exchange Tool automatically displays the Questionnaires and the Forums on ine, so you do not need to create a web site to access them.

However you must decide how you want to display the different Modules, besides the questionnaires:
- If you use a Course Management System, you can simply link  the different modules to the Course Main Page. The modules can be as simple as lists of websites. For instance, for the Newsstand module, you can have two side by side lists of newspapers from each country.

- If possible, you can create a simple web site displaying on one index page the different Cultura modules you and your partner want to explore. Our Model Cultura site shows the website we created for the initial French exchanges.

- If you have no Course Management System and no option to set up a web site, you can simply e-mail all students lists of links relevant to the different modules.

Please note that the discussion forums within the Exchange Tool can be used for any module. You can very easily create new topics as you have students explore additional materials. For instance, even if you simply mail your students a list of links relevant to the Newsstand module, the discussions can still take place within the Exchange Tool. Simply create a new forum topic called "Newsstand".
