Since the answers to the questionnaires and the forums are online, I am concerned about my students’ privacy.
Online access is restricted to the students in both groups. Once the exchange is set up and the questionnaires ready, the exchange administrator (i.e. the instructor who has set up an Exchange Tool account) sends to each group of students a web address where they can register and create a username and password in order to access their own exchange.
