The french view of a suburb seems to be very different than the American view, so here are four pictures of suburbs in New Jersey. Hopefully this will give some insight to the American mental image for a suburb. SUBURBS (
Matthew's picture of suburbs are very different from the ones in Los Angeles. We don't usually have that much land and definitely no pond. But we are much more likely to have a swimming pool. I don't have any pictures of it though.. I'll try to find one.
